What if both pilots on a passenger jet get sick and are unable to fly?

Onboard computers and the auto-pilot can land the plane safely. Presumably, the possibility that both pilots are disabled was accounted for in large plane design to ensure the auto-pilot would come on according to certain flight parameters, like repeated failures to respond to warnings.
